Our regular cleaning service is designed for those who wants to maintain a consistently clean and organized home. Prices may vary depending on number of rooms and square footage of residential or commercial space. Whats Included? *Bathrooms* -Cleaning air vent frames and light fixtures -Deep cleaning of toilet, sink and tub -Cleaning mirrors and dusting metal fixtures -Wiping down countertops and cabinet doors -Vacuuming and mopping floor *Bedrooms* -Cleaning air vent frames, ceiling fans, and light fixtures -Dusting blinds and window frames -Vacuuming and mopping floor *Closets* Vacuuming and mopping floor *Kitchen* -Deep cleaning the microwave -Wiping down and polishing dishwasher, fridge and over (all exterior only) -Cleaning light fixtures and cabinet doors -Sanitizing sink and faucet -Washing countertops and backsplash -Vacuuming and mopping floor *Pantry* -Vacuuming and mopping floor Note: Pantry organization is NOT included - this is an additional service (see "Additional Services") *Laundry Room* -Wiping down washer and dryer (external only) -Wiping down cabinet doors, baseboards and doors *Living Room/Dining Room* - Cleaning air vent frames, ceiling fans, and light fixtures -Light dusting of blinds and furniture -Wiping down doors and baseboards -Vacuuming and mopping floor *Additional Services* -Grout Cleaning: $90 each room -Pantry Organization: Requires consult, minimum $50 -Closet Organization: Requires consults, minimum $75 -Patio Cleaning: $60 -Kitchen Cabinet Organization: $100 -Cleaning Inside Oven: $50 -Cleaning Inside Fridge: $75 -Folding/Hanging Cloths: $25 each small basket -Scrub Baseboards: $100 -Scrub Doors: $10 each door -Cleaning Exterior Windows (Outside): $7 each window -Garage Cleaning and Organization: Requires Consult (Minimum $150) -Dishes $40 for each sink -Upholstery Cleaning A. Master Bedroom: $100 B. Regular Bedroom: $75 C. Stairs: $100 D. Living Room: $100 E. Hallways: $40 F. Couch: $50 each couch G. Chair $30 each chair H. Armchair: $60 each armchair We provide all the products and equipment, we just ask for trash bags and paper towels. If you choose to start without a deep cleaning and want to do go straight to a maintenance cleaning, there will be a $75 initial cleaning fee.
